Shabbasana: Even the name sounds relaxing… Shabbasana is our way of creating an opportunity for people to pause, get centered and get inspired on Shabbat morning because let’s face it: A “day of rest” sounds good, but it’s not easy. Rabbi Ben Shalva will spend 45 minutes with us (9:00-9:45am) and will incorporate meditation, prayer, chanting and Torah. Shabbasana…. So that your mind, body and soul can truly rest.
