Our amazing Zentangle guide Kathy Shapiro will take you through this guided meditative doodling and give give you a chance to pause, breathe and replenish.

The practice of Zentangling incorporates gratitude, mindfulness and the opportunity to breathe while you create something beautiful. The only things you need are a piece of paper, a pencil, a fine pointed black marker/pen and something to smudge with like a tissue, q-tip or paper towel.
