In the midst of our busy days and hectic lives, wouldn’t it be helpful to have a spiritual road map — a reliable route to follow to bring us back to God, wholeness, and peace? Medieval Jewish mystics developed just such a road map, known as the Sefirot. Together with Rabbi Benjamin Shalva, we will explore this spiritual road map through a series of mindfulness exercises and guided meditation. Think of it as tuning into the God Channel: A Mediation & Mindfulness Journey Through the Kabbalistic Sefirot. No prior experience of Kabbalah or meditation necessary — all beginners welcome!
