In Person

We know! It’s the day after Rosh Hashana!!! But trust us – she’ll be worth it! We’ve been stalking Rebecca for years now and she finally said yes to coming to town. She’s candid, witty, smart, young, fun, practical and maybe a touch irreverent. And… she brings all of these things with her when she talks about grief. In conversation with Rabbi Dana Saroken, she’ll explore the messy, long arc of loss on your own timeline—and without judgment. Her book, The Modern Loss Handbook: An Interactive Guide to Moving Through Grief and Building Your Resilience is an amazing tool for eradicating the stigma and awkwardness around grief while also focusing on our capacity for resilience and finding meaning.

This program is possible because of a generous grant from The Greif Foundation and the support of the Jewish Book Council.
